Are your sewn items machine washable?   

Yes, absolutely! From baby items to quilts, it will all get softer and better with time.  

What is the lifespan of a Lahfing Designs quilt?   

With care, a lifetime. Please avoid bleach products when washing and store your quilts in a dry place away from sun exposure.   Normal wear and tear is to be expected, and the marks of time are a sign that your quilt is truly part of the family. 

Can you make a Memory Quilt from a loved ones clothing?   

Yes, but please be aware of fabrics when choosing clothes to make into a quilt. Knit fabrics that stretch, silks, polyester and rayon materials will require interfacing and stabilizers that may influence the final cost.  Anything delicate that requires dry cleaning will require that the finished quilt be dry cleaned as well.

How do you finish your quilts?  

Baby to twin sized quilts are free motion quilted. Larger quilts are tied. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

I can accept Venmo, Paypal, CashApp. If you shop with me at a Craft Fair cash is welcome.
